Tribute Beer: Washing Machine, a dark, Dark Lager inspired by their new single.
“We can’t wait to be back in Denver and playing the Bull & Bush Brewery”, says Aaron Lazar, front man for The Giraffes during a recent brunch outing at the brewery, “but we’re a little concerned about the new carpet that they just installed.”
“Anyone can open a restaurant for one, two, or three years,” says Dean Peterson, “the real secret is to try to keep it going for fifteen years. Try thirty years, try forty years. That’s the real art of it.”
The English-pub inspired Bull & Bush Brewery has been serving inspired beers and pub fare to Denver in the same Cherry Creek location since its founding in 1971. Founded by twin brothers Dale and Dean Peterson, this revered Denver landmark is still family owned and operated by a second generation of Peterson brothers, David and Erik. The Bull & Bush Brewery maintains up to 42 beers on tap, including many guest beers, and boasts one of the largest whiskey and vintage beer collections in all of Colorado. In 1996 the Bull & Bush Brewery became one of the first Colorado brewpubs and has garnered many medals at the World Beer Cup and the Great American Beer Festival. Bull & Bush Brewery beers are available on tap and in bottles throughout Colorado.
