November 26: It's official. The Great Kitchen Remodel of 2012 has finally come to an end. All your favorite Bull & Bush Brewery menu items are now available. Once we've gotten settled in to the new digs, we'll throw a grand opening party that is not to be missed. For now, come on in and catch up on all the green chili we have deprived you of for the last two months! Thanks for your patience and we are looking forward to feeding all your smiling faces again!

November 11: Yes, it has been awhile since we provided a solid update. We have been working hard at getting the kitchen back open and delicious food to your tables again. We are getting close!! We are on the homestretch and plan to to have you ordering from the menu again before December arrives. Much of the exact date depends on inspections and things we don't have a lot of control over. We will keep you updated daily from here on out! Thanks for your patience!

October 8: WALLS!! Come check out the new backyard (or lack thereof) and enjoy some of the stellar hand crafted beers we have on tap for GABF Week!

October 4: Hard to believe it has almost been a month since our last update! We have been busy working up our strategy for GABF next week. And the crew has been busy building in the back lot. After spending several weeks underground, the walls are going up!! Keep watching our feeds and posts for updates, but the plan is to return in full force (with a shiny new kitchen) in November.

September 6: Moving right along! The new floors are in. There is a hole and a pile of dirt in the parking lot. And we are starting to see things take shape out back. Come on by for a beer and watch the story unfold before your very eyes! 

UPDATE: We will be closed on August 23 - 27 so we can switch over the power associated with the remodel. We hope it will only be those five days, but sometimes we can't predict how long things will take. Check the website, Facebook or follow us on Twitter for up to the minute updates.

We hate to keep our customers from enjoying the dishes they've come to love on the Bull & Bush menu, but, after 41 years of service, our kitchen needed a break (and an upgrade). We have officially begun the long awaited kitchen remodel and brewery expansion and we can't wait to show off our new and improved backside when the work is done.

While the kitchen will be shut down during the construction, we plan to keep the tasting room/bar open regular hours. We also have food trucks rotating in on evenings, so you can try out some of Denver's best mobile treats. You can also bring in your own picnic or order take out from one of our neighbors. We have a stack of menus here for you!

We know this is an incovenience, particularly to our valued regulars, but it is all going to be so worth it when we start serving up dishes in the sparkling new kitchen and when your favorite Bull & Bush beers start flying off the shelves in your local liquor stores. We have to do this in order to continue providing the Bull & Bush experience you have come to love.
