Large flour tortilla stuffed with beans and choice of pulled chicken, grilled steak, pork carnitas or chipotle shrimp. Smothered in our famous green chili and melted cheddar.
Vegetarian option: black beans, fiesta rice, green peppers and onions. Add a side of rice and beans for an extra charge.
BLACKENED FISH OR SHRIMP TACOS
Two flour or corn tortillas stuffed with blackened Alaskan cod or sautéed chipotle shrimp and shredded cabbage. Served with Pico de Gallo, sliced avocado, and roasted corn salsa. Black beans and fiesta rice or pub fries.
CHICKEN FRIED STEAK OR CHICKEN
Hand breaded tenderized steak or Red Bird chicken breast. Mashed potatoes, country gravy and sourdough bread -or- “Colorado Style” smothered in our world famous green chili.
USDA CHOICE TOP SIRLOIN
A 12oz baseball center cut steak served with soup or salad. Served with fries or baked potato. Add soup or salad for a small additional charge. Also available in a Petite 8oz cut.

BAJA GRILLED SALMON
Sustainably fished salmon filet with a pineapple-mango-cilantro salsa. Served with sautéed mixed vegetables and wild rice.

Alaskan cod cut to order and panko breaded. Served with our house-made spicy Tower E.S.B. tartar sauce, coleslaw & chips (fries)
BBQ PULLED PORK SANDWICH
House smoked pulled pork topped with coleslaw. Served on our custom made beer bun.
“BREWHOUSE” TURKEY SANDWICH
Sliced house-smoked turkey, smoked cheddar, peppered bacon, shredded lettuce, tomato and chipotlé aioli on a toasted Ciabatta roll.
GRILLED SALMON SANDWICH
Sustainably fished salmon fillet topped with lemon dill aioli and coleslaw. Served on a Big Ben Brown Ale bun.
SANTA FE GRILLED CHICKEN SANDWICH
Grilled Red Bird chicken breast, peppered bacon, Hatch green chilies, melted Swiss and guacamole.
PESTO CHICKEN CLUB
Grilled chicken breast, sliced fresh mozzarella, tomato, bacon and pesto served on ciabatta.
IOWA STATE FAIR SANDWICH
Breaded pork tenderloin, shredded lettuce, onion, sliced pickle, tomato and mayonnaise.
We use Custom Corned Beef, a Denver tradition for over four generations! Slowly cooked in our Big Ben Brown ale, sliced and piled high on rye with melted Swiss, sauerkraut and 1000 Island dressing.
THE “BULL’S PRIDE” FRENCH DIP
Thinly sliced prime rib on a French Roll with Au Jus, creamy horseradish and your choice of side. Add melted Swiss, sautéed onions and peppers for an extra charge.
